What to see in the Harajuku area
On the Tekesita Dori Street 400 meters long, full of shops for young people, and on weekends there are no crowds. Young Japanese come here to check out the latest fashions, buy second-hand clothes and grab a bite to eat at fast food stalls.
Wide Omotesando street designed for older and richer people. The scenic highway is lined with trees, which is why it is called the Champs Elysees of Tokyo. The street is open to shops of world famous brands, respectable restaurants and cafes.
